The Consultancy can support team development and performance in both generic areas and those specifically related to issues surrounding pupil behaviour.

Programmes begin with and extensive dialogue with managers that from which a proposal is developed and agreed prior to delivery and implementation.

The Consultancy has worked with Senior Human Resource personnel, Team Managers and work teams to identify areas that require re-appraisal and action in order to raise performance and resolve conflict. This work can be delivered in schools, colleges and other public or private sector organisations.
