We have worked alongside leadership teams in the role of "critical friend" as part of a negotiated input to specific actions identified in the organisation's Development Plan.
This has required high levels of sustainable trust and credibility in establishing working relationships that are both challenging and productive for all concerned. We have engaged with Middle Managers, providing a Coaching Programme to enable them to progress at a faster rate than may have been anticipated, enabling them to resolve issues that may hold back progress and providing supportive challenge in so doing.
Feedback from these highly sensitive areas of work has been exceptionally positive.
