We have worked with teams to enable them to consider the challenges they face, the strengths they have and their perceptions of how they perform as a team.

We consider relationships within teams, standards of ethical and interpersonal conduct. We challenge participants to consider what they believe their team stands for, how it presents itself to the outside world and to reflect on its impacts and value. We require those involved to examine their own beliefs and values and to consider whether these are aligned to the team's purpose. We encourage participants to explore the "danger areas" for their team and for them individually.
We place the customer, internal or external and their increasing right to exercise the option to purchase elsewhere at the centre of our agenda. We challenge teams to consider the messages, overt and hidden that can "leak" from unguarded comments and their impact on the wider group.
