“Coday Consulatants Ltd have undertaken work in respect of difficult and longstanding interpersonal relationship issues in a highly complex provider of higher and further education. The work undertaken has been excellent from the initial brief to the identified solutions and positive outcomes which have been acceptable to all parties. We wish them well for the future and look forward to a long association with mutual benefits for all."

"I am more than pleased and willing to endorse Coady Consultants Ltd., and the excellent work undertaken with our most difficult and challenging students. Honest appraisal, swift practical feedback and corrective strategies all combine to enhance our Inclusion programme.

Coady Consultants Ltd., offer a truly Professional value for money package that is an invaluable facet of our Inclusion Policy. When an outside agency is needed to support students, my first email goes to Coady Consultants Ltd. I am confident of their ability to help or to introduce me to an Associate who may specialise in the area of difficulty.

All in all, a superb service to the Educational Community in our area.

Sincere thanks.

Inclusion Coordinator,

Review of Behaviour Policy at Tenterfields

"At Tenterfields we worked with John Dooner to totally review our behaviour policy and practice from scratch. We felt it was time as we had several new staff and governors and felt the existing policy, formulated 10 year ago, needed reviving.

We invited John Dooner and two team members to visit us both at lunchtimes and in lessons to get a feel for the culture and ethos of the school. As a staff, we then discussed what we wanted from a behaviour policy on an INSET day that included both teaching and non-teaching staff. We discussed strengths of existing practice and areas for improvement.

Over a series of staff meetings we drew up a framework accepted by all staff that built on existing good practice and totally reviewed our rewards and sanctions. Further work was done with the team of lunchtime supervisors as a separate group over a longer period.

John led all the sessions and gave us feedback, drew up the draft policy, and also spoke to parents at our Curriculum Evening to explain the new systems and philosophy. All in all, we were very pleased with the support we received, due to the wide experience of the Team and the positive working relationship we formed with them.

"I have learned a lot.

"It has been beneficial, makes you think more of your actions, plus the children’s.

"Was useful in making us aware of different approaches to use in situations also, to refresh and give us enthusiasm.

"So much was covered and looked at it was a lot to assimilate but because we have been looking at such issues lately it was not new but a new perspective."

"Very appropriate for where we are. Thought provoking"
