Newly Qualified Teachers

Provides NQT's (and others) with an opportunity to examine the range of contributory factors that present themselves in several sometimes-contrasting areas of pupil behaviour and its relationship with teaching and learning.

The programme can deliver an overview of Emotional Development together with awareness raising of some of the more familiar recognised conditions that are understood to impact on pupil behaviour. The focus is on practical "can do" strategies and will (by negotiation) include observation and feedback sessions.

We have delivered this programme in mainstream secondary schools and at LEA level (Newly Appointed Teachers).
