Coady Consultants works directly with children and young people who it is felt will benefit from working with a person from outside of the school, college or training organisation in order to enable them identify a series of "can do strategies" to enable them to cope better in their placement.
We develop goal setting activities and are able to work with parents, carers and other agencies as appropriate. We will attend reintegration meetings and, if necessary, act as an intermediary between the young person, their provider and-if required-parents and carers.
We have provided school-based para-professionals with advice and guidance and in consultation with their managers within the organisation.
