To whom it may concern
Dear Sir or Madam
Coady Consultants Limited
I am writing to you in connection with above named who have been working with the University for the last five years on a number of projects which relate to team building, conflict resolution coaching and mentoring. I am sure that you will appreciate that while using an external provider in such circumstances has inherent advantages, for example being impartial, it is common that they are being tasked with the project because matters have reached a stage where relationships or other factors require change to be effected for the organisation to move forward. In other words they are asked to address the more difficult aspects of relationships.
To undertake this work effectively it firstly requires an ability to quickly understand the differing perspectives that are present and have a style of engagement which establishes credibility with the relevant parties to allow the work to move forward. In addition significant experience of being able to identify solutions and deliver such solutions is essential.
In our dealings with Coady Consultants limited we have found this to be the case and they have assisted us in achieving organisational goals in all the work in which they have been engaged and we have plans for continuing with the relationship.
If it would be helpful, I would be happy to discuss in more detail projects in which Coady Consultants have supported the University. I hope you find this information helpful. However if I can be of any further assistance, please contact me.
