At High Arcal School we have worked closely with Coady Consultants for a number of years, supporting us with our inclusion agenda. We recently asked Coady Consultants to support us with student voice activities with a specific agenda of looking at the views of learners on learning and a whole gamut of issues, many covered by our whole school Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning Agenda.
Coady Consultants designed a survey which we used with Years 9 and 7. They collated the results for us, allowing us the pick out specific themes to support future development.
We had an Ofsted inspection recently for PSHEE and the inspector was very impressed with the surveys as a means of providing evidence for student wellbeing and support whole school future developments. In particular the survey has highlighted for us the passivity of our girls and already generated ideas to tackle this issue
