Resolving Conflict and Mediation

We have been commissioned to resolve conflicts within teams and to mediate between individuals. Work-based conflicts, at group or individual levels consume disproportionate amounts of time, energy and emotion and can be responsible for a down-turn in productivity or a uncertain organisational message at the customer interface.

*Our work to date has enabled teams and individuals to identify the issues they feel must be recognised and acknowledged before they are able to move towards a dignified settlement for all.

Our interventions give a voice to all concerned and provide a structured opportunity for all concerned to consider their positions and the subsequent impacts on their colleagues and teams.

In each case, group issues or mediation between individuals, we will produce a mutually agreed statement that sets out the concerns raised, how they may be acknowledged and addressed and the commitment of those involved to deliver on what has been agreed. This provides a powerful "transparent baseline" for all involved and may form the basis for agreed development points and commitments.
