Coady Consultants offer Coaching as part of its programmes of support to organisations and as a discrete service for anyone who wishes to evaluate their current position and develop a goal oriented programme to enable them identify what needs to be done in order to achieve serenity, purpose and focus.
We offer programmes especially designed to engage with the education workforce. Our experience of the challenges experienced at all levels and in all phases leaves us in a particularly strong position to enable colleagues to plan for a more effective and happier working experience.
We have worked with clients to help them to understand the actions they may need to take in order to address work/life balance issues, dealing with uncertainty and implementing strategies to achieve change and growth.
We have enabled clients to increase their understanding of what motivates them and others, gaining an increased understanding of how to develop increased ethical influence. Our programmes have been instrumental in enabling clients to apply for and succeed in achieving promoted posts after a period of ""feeling stuck".
We are currently engaged in a major development with a National Training Organisation, up skilling middle managers to deliver aspects of coaching in order to develop and energise communication within the organisation in an ethically valid and effective manner. Initial responses to this work have been hugely encouraging and exciting developments are ahead.
