This important area of our work may be delivered as part of training days (presentations or workshops) or incorporated into other programmes.
The process looks at teacher/lecturer and learner interactions in the context of the teaching and learning environment, highlighting best practice and suggesting possible development points. Our observations allow us to feedback on a range behaviour and achievement related issues in a professional and practical context. We are then, with the clients permission and if required, able to work with individual teachers/lecturers/trainers to develop and implement an improvement plan.
