We provide behaviour management and an overview of some of the contributory factors to learner behaviour and our responses that impact on teaching and learning. Behaviour management can be adapted to individuals, groups or to examine organisational issues.
Overviews of Child and Adolescent Development will be included in order to contextualise our behaviour management work. The process looks at the complex interactions between all parties in considering the many aspects and sources of behaviour that may contribute to challenge and "acting out". Withdrawn behaviour together with its impacts on children, young people and their families is also considered in the behaviour management programme. Our behaviour management work can be designed to include the key principles of Social, and Emotional Aspects of Learning and its relevance to schools, colleges and other organisations in addressing the complex relationships between behaviour and achievement. We will, in behaviour management consultation and negotiation with customers produce improvement plans and with the client's permission and if required, work with individual teachers/lecturers/trainers to develop and implement and improvement plan.
