Audits, Profiles and Observations

Our observations can focus on whole school, Key Stage, year group
or class observations. Interviews with teaching, support staff and
governors may be included to help gain a comprehensive profile of
behaviour related issues in your school. We may also carry out Parent
surveys in order to further develop our information.
Feedback
processes are negotiated and provided in a manner that supports
positive responses and quality planning. Our Behaviour Audits allow
us to look at a number of aspects of pupil behaviour on an individual
or whole group basis. It enables teachers, assistants, parents and
professionals to receive high quality information related to pupil
behaviour.
The audit process can also incorporate references to the relationship
between the teaching and learning environment and pupil behaviour.
The Behaviour Audit has enabled schools to benefit from an objective
third party view of a sensitive and emotive subject. We have recently
delivered an overview of Behaviour Policy design and implementation
in the context of emotional Intelligence and its benefits to the
teaching and learning process.
We have experience of delivering this service in mainstream primary
and secondary environments, contributing to further development
activities and planning.
