Audits, Profiles and Observations

Feedback processes are negotiated and provided in a manner that supports positive responses and quality planning.

Our Behaviour Audits allow us to look at a number of aspects of learner/trainee behaviour on an individual or whole group basis. It enables teachers, lecturers, trainers, assistants, parents and co-professionals to receive high quality information related to pupil behaviour.

The audit process can also incorporate references to the relationship between the teaching/training and learning environment and pupil behaviour. The Audit has enabled purchasers to benefit from an objective third party view of a sometimes sensitive and emotive subject.

We have delivered programmes in mainstream schools, Pupil Referral Units and Training Organisations specialising in engaging with trainees who have experienced difficulties in other learning contexts and who may have been referred from or be at risk of joining the NEET (Not in Employment Education or Training) group of young people who present an ongoing concern to all. We have, as an outcome provided further development activities in a manner that enables organisations to demonstrate that they have the capacity to recognise issues that require attention and the capacity to develop and deliver an improvement plan.
