Coady Consultants is a business consultancy based in the West Midlands. Active since 2002, we have built up positive relationships with many customers in our specialist areas of Education and Human Resources. We have provided training and development sessions over a range of topics related to achievement through improved behaviour and consistent approaches to interventions.
Our activities include but are not limited to Coaching, Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Investigation, and Continuous Professional Development. Business is conducted by arrangement, and our consultants work with you to develop strategies by which work can proceed. We are well equipped to deal with the sometimes challenging and sensitive situations that require a precise and confidential approach. Our customers have reported high levels of satisfaction, and their feedback has been constructive and encouraging.
Our story is ongoing and Coady Consultants rarely stays in one place for long. We keep blogs, a Facebook site and a Twitter feed to keep our customers and contacts in touch with our activities. This has proved to be an effective method of communicating the specific and day-to-day aspects of our work, and other topics that we consider relevant to our clients.
